Shipping Policy

We currently ship to the UK and the United States. Shipping times depends on your location but generally takes from 5 to 10 days. The choice of carrier is made according to the destination of the shipment.

Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed before shipping. Packages are generally dispatched within 48 hours after receipt of order.

Your purchases may be sent in multiple packages due to the size of some products. You will be able to track each package by tracking number.

We guarantee consumer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, an exchange for an item of equal value or a refund is allowed. The return of the item(s) is at the customer's expense. We accept exchanges or refunds for a period of 30 days following the purchase. The item must be returned in its original condition. Any damaged product will not be exchanged or refunded.
